This year is my first time for joining in ADB Learning Week also my first time in Philippines. Joining this Learning Week allowed me to understand more of how could we as CSOs working field can contribute to ADB policies to be more inclusive and how can we learn from ADB’s policies to apply in our workforce.
I believe that learning will never end so I wish there will be more opportunities for next year or in the
future that allow us as CSOs community and ADB would have discussion specially with decision marker.
Joining World Cafe activities is an interesting activity for me, I could learn from other participants and I could also give an input for that discussion too. Somehow the panel discussion can make me understand the situation from other country that the speakers raise up. Seeing Roadmap presentation makes me understand how important of making future plan for our organisation to create a better work that everyone included.
Meeting with ADB Board of Directors can allow us raise up our community’s voice, the problem that we
face and the needs of community to be heard to the decision maker.
