BANGKOK, THAILAND — APCOM, in collaboration with AVANI Riverside Plaza, is proud to announce the upcoming art exhibition, “Frame of Pride 2026”, running from June 6 to June 30, 2026. Held at the Co-Creation & Art Space on the 3rd floor of AVANI Riverside Plaza, the exhibition centers around the powerful theme, “Body Positivity: Body Acceptance, and the Peace Within”.
In celebration of Pride Month, “Frame of Pride 2026” goes beyond traditional aesthetic displays to offer a vital platform for reclaiming the identities and self-images of the LGBTQI+ community. Historically, mainstream media and even segments within the queer community have reinforced rigid and unrealistic “perfect body standards”—often limited to youth, muscularity, or specific racialized beauty ideals. These narrow standards can severely impact mental health, leading to body dysmorphia, social anxiety, and feelings of isolation, especially among vulnerable groups.
Inspired by APCOM’s #BodyPositivity campaign, this exhibition aims to shatter these distorted beauty standards. Through the medium of art, the exhibition captures the textures, marks, curves, and unique diversities of human bodies. It transforms the camera lens from a tool of judgment into an instrument of appreciation, emphasizing that mental well-being begins with self-acceptance. The works displayed serve as a testament to resilience, proving that our bodies—in every shape, size, and form—are a source of pride, not shame.

The exhibition features a total of 43 compelling artworks:
- 30 Restaged Artworks: Renowned pieces returning from APCOM’s previous “Body Positivity” campaign.
- 12 Brand New Artworks: Curated by Surachai Saengsuwan (Surapui), one of Thailand’s leading fashion photographers and the 1st runner-up of Mr Gay Universe Thailand 2025.

Meet the Artists / Opening Reception
A special networking event, “Meet the Artists / Gallery Social,” will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00. Designed with an open, informal, and friendly atmosphere, the event encourages art collectors, enthusiasts, and the general public to engage in meaningful conversations with the creators.
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of complimentary beverages and snacks while exploring the gallery. Additionally, APCOM will host a dedicated charity booth featuring merchandise available for donation to support the foundation’s ongoing community initiatives. The event warmly invites members of the diplomatic community (Embassies), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), civil society organizations, media, influencers, previous campaign donors, and the general public.
