HIV Science as Art is an exhibit that highlights some of the world’s best HIV science through art in conjunction with the 12th International Conference on HIV Science.
The first of its kind, made possible through a collaboration between the National Association of People with HIV Australia (NAPWHA) – Australia’s peak non-government organisation representing community-based groups of people living with HIV (PLHIV), Metro Arts, 12th International Conference on HIV Science, and supported through an unrestricted educational grant from ViiV Healthcare.
This exhibition brings the outstanding scientific advancements in HIV to life through the work of 12 extraordinary artists living with HIV from around the world.
For this newsletter we feature four Asian Artists and what inspired them to do what they do.
APCOM’s Inad Rendon was one of the Curators for this ground breaking project.
