Pride Month Thank You Party “My PRIDE Everyday”
On 7 July 2023, APCOM organized a Thank You party to LGBTQI communities and allies who worked hard during Pride Month and contribute themselves to support LGBTQI rights movement in Thailand.
“We work so hard for our community, and we usually forget to celebrate our own achievements – and this party is to say a big THANK YOU to each and everyone of you that have worked tirelessly for LGBTQI equality, with limited resources and at personal sacrifices,” commented Midnight, APCOM Executive Director, he continued, “Our APCOM team here on the stage is proud to have support your work, and we are in turn so proud have you support our work as well, as long as we support one another our path to LGBTQI equality will be full of trust, friendship and love.”
Midnight also thanked Naruemit Pride, the organiser of Bangkok Pride 2023 for organising a fabulous Pride march, working with the government and close to 40 LGBTQI community groups.
The event was hosted by the Moonlight Bangkok, Silom, and gathered close to 100 participants physically and brought together community representatives and advocates, political representatives, corporate and entertainment field to join the party and strengthen partnership and connection firmly to tackle and support LGBTQI rights together to let our hair down after a full month of Pride activities.
