APCOM
Since the Covid-19 pandemic time,
we have been more attuned to our own mental health needs, and the wellbeing of our staff.
Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing,
and APCOM started a monthly wellbeing activity for our staff usually taking place
on the last Friday of the month.
We are proud to have been able to continue the staff wellbeing activity since the pandemic time,
with the activities led, coordinated and organized by our own staff.
And we are proud to continue making an effort to prioritize the mental health and wellbeing of our staff,
raising awareness of mental health and how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.
Our staff candidly shares with you their reflections from the monthly wellbeing activity,
the bonding time with colleagues, ensuring that our staff has the time to rest,
recharge, and recenter.
Being in a fast-paced environment where work piles up very quickly, we often forget to take care of our well-being. And most of the time, this leads to stress and strain. It is a good thing that APCOM promotes a healthy and stress-free environment through its staff well-being activities.

On the afternoon of March 14, 2025, our team took a well-deserved break from our usual routines to focus on something we often overlook—our own well-being. We spent two peaceful hours at Relaxing Thai Massage on Silom Soi 6, enjoying a spa and massage session that left many of us feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally.

From the moment we walked in, the calming atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be a truly relaxing experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the environment—soft music, subtle scents, and a general sense of peace—made it easy to unwind. Whether it was a traditional Thai massage or a soothing oil treatment, everyone came out with a smile and a noticeable lightness.

What stood out most was how much we all needed this. Between deadlines, meetings, and day-to-day stresses, having dedicated time to relax without thinking about work was a gift. It reminded us how important it is to take care of ourselves, not just physically, but emotionally too.
Spending this time together outside the usual work setting also brought us closer as a team. It was great to chat, laugh, and just enjoy the moment with colleagues in a different, more personal context.

Overall, the activity was a wonderful way to recharge. It showed that when the workplace invests in our well-being, it really makes a difference—not just in how we feel, but in how we show up for each other and our work. I hope we get to do more things like this in the future.
