Since the Covid-19 pandemic time,
we have been more attuned to our own mental health needs, and the wellbeing of our staff.

Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing,
and APCOM started a monthly wellbeing activity for our staff usually taking place
on the last Friday of the month.

We are proud to have been able to continue the staff wellbeing activity since the pandemic time,
with the activities led, coordinated and organized by our own staff.
And we are proud to continue making an effort to prioritize the mental health and wellbeing of our staff,
raising awareness of mental health and how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.

Our staff candidly shares with you their reflections from the monthly wellbeing activity,
the bonding time with colleagues, ensuring that our staff has the time to rest,
recharge, and recenter.

On days when we feel exhausted, perhaps we are not truly tired, but simply wearing colors that do not harmonize with us. This thought came to me during a training session I recently joined one that turned out to be not just informative, but truly inspiring. It was such a wonderful training, and I walked away feeling both grateful and energized.

The session reminded me that building an image is more than fashion. Colors are not just decoration; they carry meaning, energy, and emotion. A warm shade can bring comfort and friendliness, while neutral tones can project calm and professionalism. Learning this helped me see clothing as more than fabric,it became a tool to express my personality, my confidence, and even my mood.

Since then, I have started enjoying the process of dressing more than ever. Picking my outfit each morning feels like a small act of selfcare, a chance to choose how I want to feel and how I want to be seen. It’s no longer just about being appropriate for the occasion, but also about feeling joyful and comfortable in my own skin.

What made the experience even more meaningful was sharing it with my friends at APCOM. Joining activities together, laughing, and reflecting as a group gave the training a warmth that I will remember. It wasn’t only about personal growth. It was about growing alongside people I care about.

In the end, the training taught me that confidence and happiness can be found in small choices, like the colors we wear. But it also reminded me of something even more valuable: that learning together, with a supportive community, can make every lesson brighter and every step feel lighter.
