This document entitled Outcome Assessment of the Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health (APCOM) was developed following an evaluation of APCOM. This process was unique, and is the first such evaluation of a network to assess the impacts that it has had on the HIV epidemic and HIV response in relation to the MSM and transgender communities in Asia and the Pacific. The purpose of this evaluation was to aid APCOM in consolidating its foundations and to incorporate lessons learnt in order for it to move forward in the next phase of its work.
